Zero Balancing
Deanna Waggy, OTR, will be offering Zero Balancing (ZB) sessions to promote wellness as part of your personal get-a-way day at Camp Mack, in exchange for a donation to the Becker Retreat Center building fund. Zero Balancing is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationships between energy and structureswithin the body. You will lie on your back, fully clothed, on a massage table. ZB uses a series of gentle finger pressure and traction along your neck, spine, hips and feet. You will experience stillness at the bone level while areas of held tension begin to relax and release within your body. ZB feels great and potentially provides feeling of health and well-being; stress release and enhanced energy; reduced pain and discomfort; increased balance, stability and mobility; and heightened feelings of connection, peace and happiness. Give yourself the gift of balance in body, mind and spirit. Call the camp to schedule your appointment.
