Annual Dinner

This annual fundraiser provides funds for special projects and operations support.

Fee: A donation of $25 per person or $300-$400 per table will be accepted with your reservation: additional contributions are gladly accepted! Please contact our office for reservations.
Date: Friday, March 2, 2012.
Appetizers begin at 6:15p, dinner begins at 7p.

Volunteer Work Days

Volunteers will work with Camp Mack’s staff as we make preparations for the summer camp season. We have planned work tasks for all skill levels and ages.

Age: Workers of all ages. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee: No charge
Dates: March 19-21, April 9-11, Nov 5-7, 2012.

Come for a few hours or all three days.
Meals and lodging are available during this event.

Join in the recovery of 5 acres of native prairie in the Wilderness Area. Bring gloves and sunscreen while assisting in the restoration of this unique area.

Age: Workers of all ages. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Dates: Saturday, April 14, 2012, 9a to 3p

Annual Golf Outing

Join us and your golf buddies for a day of “fun with a purpose” at the Sycamore Golf Course in North Manchester, Indiana. Camp Mack “Scramble” style with door prizes, photo opportunities, and lots of great food. This fundraiser provides additional funds for camperships and special projects that need to be completed at the camp.

Age: All ages welcome. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee: $75 per player
Date: Saturday, August 18, 2012.
Registration at 11:45, lunch at 12:15, and shotgun start at 1p.

Camp Mack Festival

This is a day of fun and festivities for the whole family!

Enjoy a variety of foods, crafts, demonstrations, activities, entertainment, train rides, hayrides, horse-drawn carriage rides, and pontoon boat rides. You can also vote for your favorite scarecrow, check out the silent auction, or attend the benefit auction featuring quilts, comforters, theme baskets, books, hand-crafted items, and antiques.

Ages: All ages of kids and adults are welcome! Handicap parking and transportation is available for those with special needs.
Fee: Free admission and parking. Festival proceeds help underwrite summer camp scholarships.
Date: Saturday, October 6, 2012. 9a-4p

Volunteer Banquet

This banquet is Camp Mack’s recognition of all volunteers that served with us throughout the year. Our guests will enjoy special entertainment, fellowship, and great food.

Counselor-in-Training

Learn to be a “Camp Counselor” by attending this training weekend. Get on-the-job training as you work side by side with a cabin counselor during the summer.  Practice your leadership skills, be a role model, and just have fun with the campers.  Separate application required.

Age: 16 or older
Fee: $50
Dates: April 20-22, 2012
